Just as a note for the search engines: It may be interesting for owners of the Datafab KECF-USBG Compact Flash Card Reader that this model now works out of the box with the pre4 kernel. Up to the pre1 one had to patch the kernel source by hand because this USB device doesn't match the USB standard.
I write this because the kernel changelog doesn't mention this special model but only it's brother, the KECF-USB. So one could only hope that this model will also work, especially since Datafab is known to release many completely different implementations of their devices.
